REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be granted for the “Corporate Communication Workshop” conducted by Keshav Rathour (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering and making payment for the workshop, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of the Service

The Corporate Communication Workshop is a live, online digital training program delivered via virtual platforms such as Zoom. Upon successful payment, participants receive immediate confirmation and access-related communication. Since the service involves digital delivery and reserved seat allocation, the refund terms are structured accordingly.


2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made for the Corporate Communication Workshop are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a participant completes payment and secures a seat in the workshop, that seat is reserved exclusively for them. Due to the digital and limited-seat nature of the event, cancellations initiated by the participant will not qualify for a refund.

Failure to attend the live workshop at the scheduled time does not entitle the participant to a refund.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. If the workshop is canceled by the organizer and no alternative session is scheduled.

  2. If a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.

  3. If payment has been deducted but registration is not confirmed due to verified technical failure.

In such cases, participants must notify us within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us at hello.glexmedia@gmail.com with payment proof and relevant details.

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working business days, depending on payment gateway policies.


4. Rescheduling Policy

If the workshop is rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances such as technical issues, emergencies, or force majeure events, registered participants will automatically receive access to the rescheduled session.

Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund unless explicitly announced.


5. Recording Access

In certain cases, recorded access to the workshop may be provided at our discretion. Access to recordings does not create eligibility for refunds and is considered a value-added service.


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first for resolution may result in permanent restriction from accessing our services.

We reserve the right to provide necessary documentation to payment gateway providers to contest unjustified disputes.

Participants are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before filing a dispute.
