Since our offering is a digital live training program and not a physical product, no physical shipping is involved. This policy explains how access to the workshop and related materials is delivered to participants.
The Corporate Communication Workshop is an online, live digital training session conducted through virtual platforms such as Zoom.
Upon successful completion of payment, participants will receive confirmation of registration via email on the registered email address provided during checkout.
All workshop access details, including the joining link, date, time, and instructions, will be delivered digitally through email communication.
No physical product will be shipped to any address.
After successful payment confirmation:
A registration confirmation email will be sent within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few minutes to a few hours.
The Zoom joining link and workshop instructions will be shared prior to the scheduled workshop date.
Bonus materials, worksheets, or additional resources (if included) will be delivered digitally either via email or shared access links.
In case you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, you must contact us at hello.glexmedia@gmail.com with your transaction details.
It is the participant’s responsibility to:
Provide an accurate and valid email address during registration.
Ensure email inbox and spam folder are checked for workshop communication.
Maintain stable internet connectivity during the live session.
Use a compatible device (laptop, desktop, or smartphone) capable of accessing Zoom or the designated platform.
We are not responsible for non-delivery of access details due to incorrect email information provided by the participant.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure smooth digital delivery, we are not liable for:
Internet service interruptions
Device malfunction
Software incompatibility
Email server delays outside our control
Participants are advised to test their system and internet connectivity before the workshop begins.
If workshop recordings are provided, access will be delivered digitally through email or a shared platform link.
Recording access, if provided, is for personal use only and may not be downloaded, redistributed, or shared without written consent.
Since the workshop is conducted online, participants from any geographical location may register. Delivery of access details remains digital and is not restricted by shipping boundaries.
However, participants are responsible for adjusting to Indian Standard Time (IST) for live attendance.
We confirm that:
No tangible goods are shipped.
No courier services are involved.
No physical dispatch timeline applies.
This policy applies exclusively to digital service delivery.
