We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration if fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or misuse is detected.
Workshop pricing, discounts, and limited-time offers may change without prior notice. Once you have successfully completed payment, your purchased ticket price will not be altered.
Any promotional pricing, early-bird offers, or limited-period discounts are valid only during the specified time frame.
All workshop purchases are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.
If you are unable to attend the live workshop after registration, no refund will be issued. However, access to recorded sessions may be provided at our discretion.
In the event that the workshop is canceled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will either receive access to the rescheduled session or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame as per payment gateway policies.
After successful registration, you will receive joining details via email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information during registration.
We are not responsible for failure to access the workshop due to:
Incorrect email address provided by the participant
Internet connectivity issues
Technical issues on the participant’s device
Failure to join on time
Participants are advised to ensure stable internet connection and functional devices prior to the session.
All workshop materials including presentations, videos, worksheets, templates, bonus resources, recordings, and content shared during the session are the intellectual property of Keshav Rathour.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal learning purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, share, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any workshop content without prior written consent.
Unauthorized distribution or piracy may result in legal action.
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during live sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct toward the host or other participants will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the workshop without refund if they violate this code of conduct.
Live sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes. By participating in the workshop, you grant consent for such recordings.
If testimonials, screenshots, or feedback are used for promotional purposes, personal details will not be disclosed without consent.
We make no guarantees regarding specific career outcomes, salary increments, promotions, or financial success as a result of attending the workshop.
Results depend on individual effort, implementation, background, and external circumstances.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop or use of the materials.
